Koh Man Wichai Beach Clean-up

Join the Pattaya/Jomtien boating community as we head to Koh Man Wichai for our first island clean-up. Koh Man Wichai is a little island off the beaten track, and not so popular with the day trippers. This makes it a fantastic destination, secluded, white sand beach, crystal clear water and great snorkeling.

- 14nm/26km from Ocean Marina Yacht Club
Lately, the storms have washed up a lot of rubbish, and Ocean Marina feels she needs a little ‘tender loving care’, so we are calling anyone interested to do a beach clean up. Ocean Marina will take care of the supply of garbage bags, and the correct disposal of everything collected.
Sunday 25 Sep 2022 – Schedule
8:30am: Meet and greet (Pick up gloves and bags)
9:00am: Depart Ocean Marina Jomtien
10:30am: Arrive at Koh Man Wichai
12:30pm: BBQ prepared by Ocean Marine Yacht Club
1:30pm: Prizes and awards
2:30pm: Depart Koh Man Wichai

WHAT TO BRING
- SAFETY GLOVES – If you don’t have your own, we will provide them on the day.
- WATER – It gets hot out there! Please try to use a reusable bottle.
- SUNSCREEN – Even if the sun isn’t out, you will still need some.
- BUG SPRAY – It’s not too bad but there are a few mosquito’s
- WATER SHOES – It’s a dirty beach after all, please cover your feet.
